About the event
This program focusues on improving the skills of youth baseball & softball players. Ages 8-12.
Each day will focus on hitting , throwing, pitching and defense drills.
Kids can bring a lunch or snacks as we will have a 30 min break. Water and Gatorade available to purchase.
We will cover all proper mechanics and technique.
Kids will work with their age group. Baseball & Softball welcome.
Limited spots for max attention and results!
3 days will include
- youth strength and conditioning
- Speed
- Batting
- Throwing
- Fielding drills
- Pitching
- along with some baseball or softball related fun
Attire should be athletic, no cleats, sneakers or turfs.
